Our bookings are always changing our availability, so please check with us to make sure that your wedding date is still available before you send your payment and contract. |

Meet with us to Discuss your Details |

|
As we will be spending a significant amount of time with you on your wedding day, it's a good idea to meet so that you can make sure that you will feel comfortable with us. It gives all of us a chance to ask questions and iron out all the details you have about your wedding. |

Sign Contract |
| |
|
Once you have decided to book with us, you will need to sign our contract and mail it along with your deposit payment. We will countersign and send you a copy in the mail. Should you need to print another copy of the contract, a download link can be found on my pages on our web site. |

Pay Deposit |
| |
|
A deposit representing 50% of the total is required, along with the contract, to book your day. We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone and in person. Cheques or Interact Money Transfers are also accepted. Please note, your wedding date is not booked until both Deposit and Contract have been received. |

Send Slideshow Files |
| |
|
To make your Wedding Slideshow, we require 5 music files of your choice. They need to be at least 128kbps, and they need to be MP3 files. Please note that they can not be files downloaded from iTunes as iTunes files can not be used in anything other than an Apple product. Please email these files to info@gauthierweddings.com

Photography Checklist |
| |
|
As part of your Information Package, there is a Photography Checklist. This checklist outlines all of the formal photograph groupings along with some other details. Please fill this out and mail it to us as soon as possible. We will look over the checklist to insure that there are no concerns about timing. |

Make Second Payment |
| |
|
Your second payment is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. As with most payments, it must be received, not sent, at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Please mark the date carefully in your calendar as we will not send a reminder. |

Please Note, locations requiring significant travel, for example, Whistler, Gulf Islands/Vancouver Island, and the Interior will require travel expenses to be covered. Extra may be charged for travel time in these situations as well.
