Our Prices

All of our pricing is fair, flexible, and up front.
You won't need to choose from "package A" or "package B". All of our prices for our time are simply based on our hourly rate. We have one simple bonus for booking with us for 6 hours or more - that's it! Simple!

You will know exactly what the costs associated with your wedding photography will be. This gives you the control! We are of course always available to help you make informed choices, and should you wish, we can make a "package" price for you to compare our prices with other photographers.

We photograph using the latest digital technology. Although it took us some time to switch over from film to digital, we wanted to ensure that the final product was just as good as film. Not only has the quality caught up to the technology, but using the digital medium saves you money. For our average customer the savings in film and processing costs is over $500.00. The digital medium also gives us greater creative flexibility, faster turn-around time for you, and a better final product.

Our Rates: First Two Hours: $300/hr (Two Hour Minimum - $600) Every Additional Hour $250.00

We would be happy to stay up to an hour beyond our booked time with you - $300/hr, billed in 15 minute increments)

Please Note, locations requiring significant travel, for example, Whistler, Gulf Islands/Vancouver Island, and the Interior will require travel expenses to be covered. Extra may be charged for travel time in these situations as well.

What We Include

Remember, all of our rates cover two professional photographers - this means we can be in two places at the same time, cover two angles, or work efficiently as a team to arrange groups and make sure all the details of your special day are captured.

We never limit the number of photographs that we take during your wedding. For the average 8 hour wedding, we will take somewhere between 1000 to 1500 photographs.

With every session we will upload your 200 best photos to your Personal Online Photo Gallery. This will give you the opportunity to show your friends and family who don't live close to you to view your photographs. This easy system also lets you organize your photographs so that you can choose your favorites. Your account is private and only viewable to those individuals whom you have given your password. If you wish, we can upload all photographs taken at no extra charge, however this may be as many as 1800 photographs!

We will burn DVDs of all your full resolution images in jpg format. included with this is a beautiful high quality DVD presentation album with room for your favorite photograph.

We will select the best photographs from your wedding and turn them into a Video Slideshow DVD with music you choose from your wedding. (See Video Example) This will play on most late model DVD players, and on most current computers. The slideshow will be uploaded to the internet for easy sharing with friends and family though our web site. The slideshow will be published as a PodCast, available for download into iTunes. Our format supports the current new generation of iPod Nano, iPhone, and the iPod Touch. Finally, the DVD will be presented in a jewel case with a custom cover made from your wedding.

Also, if you book us for at least 6 hours, we will include a high-quality professional proof album full with 200 4x7 prints of your best photographs. The Proof Album comes in a black box for ease of storage and transportation. We will carefully select the best photographs to tell the story of your wedding day, a selection of which, will be printed in black and white.

Through the years that we have been photographing weddings, we've learned from our customers that they don't want to be confined to album and print packages. Our customers have told us however, that they want the choice to order these items.

We are happy to say we now have a selection of the most popular albums available for purchase (and pricing) online. These prices are for those of you who would like to take advantage of the rates we can get on the professional albums, and put the albums together yourself.

If you don't like the albums we have online, we have catalogs of many styles and prices of albums for you to choose from. If you'd like to see these, please arrange to meet with us and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

In keeping with our fair and simple way of doing business, all of the albums you can purchase from us, are billed to you at our cost price. We do this as a service to you, and as a thank you for being our customer.

Assembly of the albums is simple and straight forward, and we will show you how this is done. Should you wish to have us put together an album for you, we will be more than happy to arrange a fair price for our time.

Prints
Orders for additional copies and enlargements can be made through us, or done at your favorite lab. We are there to help you place your first order, and we'll do so at no extra charge*. We will not charge you more than we pay for printing your photographs - we only bill you what we paid ourselves. We'll even drop off and pick up your photographs to make sure they are done at the level of quality that you deserve.

*We may at our discretion charge a labor fee for very large and labor intensive orders, or many multiples of orders, but we'll let you know in advance.
